My Story

From the Classroom to Celebrations

I began my career as an elementary school teacher, where I discovered my love for organization, building relationships, and celebrating every milestone. When motherhood called, I stepped away from the classroom—and found my true calling.

Working part-time for a family-owned event rental company, I uncovered a real knack for sales and event design. I took on more and more responsibility and loved every minute. But my children always come first, and eventually I made the difficult decision to come home full-time.

That's where Tended & True was born. It lets me stretch my creative muscles, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to something bigger than myself—all while working right alongside my kids.

Full Event Planning

From the very first idea to the last dance, I handle every detail so you can simply enjoy the celebration.

Partial Event Planning

Already have some pieces in place? I step in where you need me most—filling the gaps and making sure everything comes together beautifully.

Month-of Coordination

Your planning is nearly complete—I come in four to six weeks out to tie up loose ends, confirm every vendor, and run the day flawlessly so you can be fully present.
